YACHT CHEF SERVICES

As an experienced Yacht Chef on Super Yachts, working along side my husband and Captain for many years on the water, choosing a private event on your yacht (or one we arrange) is our specialty !

Highly skilled, passionate about my craft, and committed to exceptional customer service, I provide a high-quality, customized dining experience on board. It essentially elevates the overall luxury experience on a yacht – it creates a unique dining experience that isn't available anywhere else!

ENJOY A FULL-DAY OR HALF-DAY:
Full-day sail starts with a scrumptious brunch and bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys, then a little sun and maybe some specialty cocktails, maybe get some fishing in or we anchor and dip in for a swim…, then delicious appetizers before dinner, a little more sun, and then a delicious gourmet 3-course dinner as the sun sets. 
OR
Half-day sail with a blissful romantic sunset cruise, starts with some sun and cocktails, followed later by sundowner appetizers and cocktails before dinner, then an extravagant 3 or 4-course gourmet dinner just as the sun goes down – each course paired with exceptional wines to create a luxury entertaining evening everyone will remember.

A private chef with experience working on yachts understands the unique challenges and demands of the environment: typically limited working space, storage space, equipment, and plating/dining options, )no blast chiller, thermo mixer, liquid nitrogen or sous vide) – not to mention sailing conditions, wind and waves and working at a heeling angle!

Valerie is also a RYA Yachtmaster captain, with thousands of miles under her belt. So being on the water is 2nd nature.
